No need to IMAGINE, The Shakedown Band is a REALITY. Featuring Mike Haworth on lead guitar and banjo, Ty Barnes on drums, Vic Kaaria on guitar, Pat Carnathan on keyboard, Charlie Robertson on bass.

As professional callers most of us call a majority of our dances to prerecorded music. We travel; we’re calling in a variety of places, so lugging around four guys and their instruments just isn’t feasible. Few things can match the excitement of calling with a group of talented musicians providing your music live on stage with you. It’s an experience that stays with you long after you’ve left the stage. To make it a positive event, though, many things have to come together perfectly. In harmony, if you will!

We had a packed house for the Patriot’s Drumline Benefit Dance at Cowtown -- 25 Squares! It was a blast! As we gear up and get ready for our next event, we’d love to know which tunes you might want to hear again. We’ll have new music to be sure. Check out the poll.
